Technical Requirements:

This is battery harness, from battery to PDU, it supplies the all system’s main power.

• Cable: 70mm² shielded orange wire.
• The rated voltage of the high-voltage wiring hamess is DC1500V, with a withstand voltage of 2500VAC and no breakdown.
• The insulation resistance of the high-voltage wire harness is greater than 200MΩ.
• The flame retardancy of high-voltage wire harness raw materials meets the requirements of horizontal combustion GB/T2408HB level and vertical combustion GB/T2408V-0 level.
• The requirement for working temperature is -40°C~125°C.
• The high-voltage wiring harness circuit should have no short circuit or open circuit during the power on test.
• Technical requirements, if dimensions are not specified, they shall be made in accordance with the requirements of CC/T29106-2014″Technical Regulations for Automotive Low Voltage Wire Bundles”.
• Meet the requirements of the latest ROHS standard”List and Limit Standards for Hazardous Substances Control”.
