From PDU to DCDC Inverter Harness, 50mm², 6.3m*2

Technical Requirements:

This is DCDC harness, from PDU to DCDC inverter, transferring the high voltage electricity to low voltage power, to charge the 12V or 24V small battery in the vehicle.

• Cable: 50mm² shielded wire (OD: 17 ± 0.5) orange * 2 pcs
• The connector and terminal spiral section should be sealed with orange insulation tape at the front end of the joint.
• The end part of the connector should be wrapped with tape.
• The high-voltage wiring harness meets the rated voltage of DC1500V, withstand voltage of 2500VAC for 1 minute, and has no breakdown.
• The insulation resistance of the high-voltage wire harness is greater than 200MΩ.
• The flame retardancy of high-voltage wire harness raw materials meets the requirements of horizontal combustion GB/T 2408 HB level and vertical combustion GB/T 2408 V-0 level.
• The high-voltage harness circuit should have no short circuit or open circuit during the power on test.
• Main label: 60 * 30mm, externally protected with transparent heat shrink tubing.
• Technical requirements: If dimensions are not specified, they shall be made in accordance with QC/T29106-2014 “Technical Specifications for Automotive Low Voltage Wire Bundles”.
• Meet the requirements of the latest ROHS standard “List and Limit Standards for Hazardous Substances Control”.
