  • This is an EV plastic 2 pins connector (Receptacle), and rated current can be 130A, 200A, 250A, and 300A. It mainly applied to battery positive(+), negtive(-), connection from PDU to MCU, MCU to Motor, charging inlet to battery system, and between different battery packs, etc.

Installation Dimensions

① Sealing surface area: no parting lines, no burrs, no missing materials, no pores, corrosion-resistant, surface roughness Ra<1.6um or Rz<10um;
② Shielding contact surface area: Good conductivity and corrosion resistance;
③ The wall thickness of the installation panel must be within the range of 1.0-5mm;
④ Install the copper bar with M6 screws, with a recommended tightening torque of 6 ± 0.5N. M;
⑤ Install socket with M5 screws, gasket outer diameter ⌀ 9~⌀ 10.5mm, recommended tightening torque 6 ± 0.5N. M.
⑥ The size “W” of the anti misoperation key is shown as the anti misoperation position behind the socket. There is no anti misoperation column behind the Key A, W=5mm for the Key B, W=-2.5mm for the Key C, and W=-5mm for the Key D.
